- $250: 1 Chiropractic Bodywork visit per month
- $500: 2 Chiropractic Bodywork visits per month

*The Wellness Membership is designed to provide ongoing, proactive chiropractic bodywork to help maintain the progress achieved during active care. This membership is available to patients who have successfully completed an active treatment program and have been clinically assessed as stable and appropriate for maintenance care. Wellness visits focus on supporting nervous system regulation, spinal health, and long-term resilience, rather than addressing new or acute conditions. Eligibility is determined by the Health Clarified clinical team and may be reassessed if symptoms change or additional care is needed to ensure each patient receives the most appropriate level of support.
